The Sally Korst Memorial Scholarship. is a $1000 scholarship that is awarded annually to a woman returning to school. In order to be eligible, the recipient must live in the Lockport, Homer Glen or Crest Hill area and have dependant children. All applications are considered but economic need is a deciding factor.
If interested, please read and complete the application carefully. Two letters of reference from a pastor, employer, teacher or other non-family member are required. All applications must be returned by April1 st. The recipient will be notified by May 1st and will be invited to attend the May meeting of the Lockport Woman’s Club to receive her award.
